New Bus Services

The new T5 bus service offers some excellent new links to residents of Fordham: direct services to Burwell, the Swaffhams and to Anglesey Abbey; and links through connections with the new T4 bus to and from Bottisham Village College, the 6th Form Colleges in Cambridge, and also Addenbrookes Hospital. A timetable of the T5 bus service in Fordham, together with connecting T4 bus services, is shown below.

These buses operate Monday to Saturday. New bus stops for the T5 in Fordham near the Rayners Green development and near the White Pheasant are being investigated.

Fordham also has other bus services: these include the regular existing 112 linking Ely, Soham, Fordham and Newmarket, and the ‘Tiger on Demand’ bus which enables (pre-booked) travel to Isleham and Chippenham. (Tiger on Demand is available through the ‘Tiger Demand’ smartphone app, or at www.tigerondemand.co.uk, or by phone on 01480 595440 on Monday to Saturday from 0600 to 1930).

Through tickets are available to enable connections between the T4 and T5.
